PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

Gramafilm create the very best films, events and apps for some of the world's most exciting brands. We create strong and inspiring stories that people share and talk about across multiple platforms. We are continuing to building on our award winning work and looking to grow our team.

We are looking for a production coordinator to join the team. This role would suit someone with strong production experience who wants to work at a dynamic, growing creative company in London. You will be responsible for the day to day management of productions, booking crew and facilities, and establishing relationships with suppliers, our extended freelance family and building new relationships too.

It is essential for the individual to have a broad range of freelance industry contacts/leads (e.g. editors, animators, camera crews, scriptwriters etc) across a range of production types/styles (animations, behind-the-scenes brand videos, documentaries to TV idents). In addition any experience coordinating live events and experiences would be useful. We are a fast moving creative company so ability to improvise and deliver under pressure is essential.



Key Responsibilities:

Core Production Coordinator responsibilities include: sourcing, confirming and managing crews, production schedules, call sheets, risk assessments, cost reports/monitors and other key procedures associated within production and delivery of our projects.

- Overall management of projects, from pre to post, often on tight turnarounds and tight budgets

- Document and troubleshoot projects and spot issues ahead of time

- Help implement workflows and documentation to enable

- Liaising with colleagues and external clients



Required Skills:

- A broad range of strong freelance industry contacts

- Experience delivering broadcast documentaries, branded content, commercial projects and the ability to assist in assembling multiple high end and bespoke crews, often in quick turnaround periods.

- Excellent client service skills

- Financially astute and good business acumen

- Entrepreneurial spirit; someone keen to be part of a growing team that is willing to get their hands dirty

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent writing skills

- Knowledge of the UK media and how brands communicate with their audiences

- Understanding of camera and editing technology and the production workflow

- Experience working with online management tools including Google Docs

- Creative flair and a willingness to contribute to project ideas

Bonus Skills:

- Experience producing beyond the confines of TV and working with mobile platforms and apps.

- Experience co-ordinating live events and experiential campaigns

SOCIAL MEDIA INTERN

Do you live for copy? Breathe community management? Understand how to engage audiences? We're looking for an intern to join our growing social media team! This individual will have excellent written English skills alongside experience in growing, harnessing and running social media accounts through Instagram. Most importantly, we'll be asking you to be the voice of the brands we look after, interacting with their fans and delivering conversations on a daily basis.

PRODUCTION / DEVELOPMENT INTERN

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven person to assist with projects across our production and development slate. This person should have excellent written English skills alongside experience in researching, developing and production assisting across both online and broadcast media. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with a good eye for a story, as well as a deep understanding of current trends, programming, online & broadcast as well as other channels.

Required Skills

EVENT PRODUCER

Gramafilm is a branded content agency that works closely with some of today's most forward thinking brands to create memorable experiences and entertainment through events, films and interactive campaigns.

We are looking for an Event Producer to step in and add their enthusiasm and ambition to our fast growing events team. We are looking for someone with a positive can-do attitude who is not afraid to take on a challenge and deliver results to tight deadlines.


Responsibilities


Producing and executing flawless high profile events, end to end.

Leverage collaborative event design methodologies to generate creative ideas / themes for an event, ensuring that each client experiences a tailor-made event identity.

Anticipates what clients want and design immersive experiences to deliver on their needs.

Crafts a professional, holistic end-to-end experience for each event, combining environment design, graphics and technology to create the desired atmosphere.

Visualises and illustrates event designs from conceptual mood board to the final output, as well as detailing the event narrative in a storyboard format (or similar).

Assists in the preparation of proposals, tender documents, presentations etc.


Required Skills


Experience producing and executing flawless high profile events, end to end

University BA/BS degree or equivalent desirable

Minimum of two years experience working in an event management role

Experience working on product launches, live streamed events, experiential events, brand activations, creative conferences and industry firsts.

Exceptional communication skills teamwork and negotiation skills

Project management experience

EDITOR

Versatile full-time Editor required for fast-paced branded content studio. You will be cutting a wide range of pieces from 3 pre-roll spots, short form documentary, branded content, pitch reels and long form documentaries. Gramafilm are leaders in Branded Content and produce an exciting variety of content for some of the worlds best brands across technology, the arts, fashion and sports. Our work is seen online, on TV and in cinemas.


Responsibilities

Editing the highest quality branded content for multi-platform delivery. Project types include: short form documentaries, preroll spots, and social media content.

Maintaining content quality at times within condensed schedules.

A good knowledge of graphic creation using After Effects.

Preparing projects for finishing and delivery in various formats.

Colour correction and grading skills would be a bonus

Preparing projects for archival and maintaining internal project databases.

Maintaining our project archives.

Overseeing our post production processes and working to implement and improve process.


Required Skills


4+ years experience working in branded content, broadcast or freelance, experience working in house in ad agency would be beneficial.

Strong storytelling skills.

A successful track record on project delivery to client.

Ability to multi-task under strict deadlines.

Creative skills to identify a story and bring it to life in imaginative and dynamic ways that serves the narrative as well as empowering the creative look and feel.

Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro CC and the Creative Suite.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proactive attitude and strong time management skills required.

Attention to detail and commitment to strong storytelling. Ambition and craft skills in equal measure.

360° stitching experience a bonus but not a must have.
