What we did

Aviation has evolved, and so have the opportunities for women. Once limited to cabin roles, women are now leading advancements in AI, transforming the future of flight.

At Lufthansa Systems’ AI and Machine Learning hub, zeroG, innovation thrives on this diversity. Here, talent - not gender - defines success. Committed to building an inclusive industry, zeroG fosters an environment where diverse voices shape the future of aviation.

zeroG - Women in AI - Hero

For #InternationalWomensDay, zeroG set out to celebrate the women shaping AI in aviation - while also inspiring the next generation to join them.

Their challenge? Break outdated perceptions and position zeroG as a top destination for women in STEM. To attract more female talent, they partnered with Gramafilm to create ‘Wings of Change,’ a campaign that broke outdated perceptions and positioned aviation as a top choice for women in STEM.

At zeroG, we believe that diversity isn’t just something to talk about; it’s essential to innovation.

Creative Approach - Honest Vision. Elevated

To break outdated perceptions and position aviation as a top career choice for women in STEM, we took a warm, authentic, and deeply personal approach. Rather than relying on broad industry narratives, we put the spotlight on real women at zeroG, sharing their first-hand experiences and the impact of their work in AI and aviation.

Why this approach? Because true change happens when people see themselves in the story. By capturing the pride, purpose, and sense of belonging these women feel, we showcase not just the career opportunities at zeroG but the empowering community behind them.

Through diverse voices, real workspaces, and interconnected roles, we highlighted the collaboration and innovation driving zeroG forward - making it clear that this is a place where women in STEM don’t just work; they thrive.

We also used Contributor Content to add a real personal touch - showing how zeroG allows women to thrive in and out of the office.
